Romantic Times Review!

February 27th, 2007

Hello all,

More exciting news. Other People’s Business recieved 3 out of 5 stars in Romantic Times Magazine. For those of you who don’t know, that is basically the magazine of all magazines in the world of romance books. A friend and fellow author, Vivi Anna, sent me the review. I am very pleased with it, but check it out for yourself.

It reads as follows:

Other People’s Business (3), by Pamela Yaye, is a fun and
lighthearted story. An evenly paced plot and interesting characters
make this an entertaining novel. Autumn Nicholson is a successful
businesswoman committed to fulfilling her pledge of celibacy until
marriage. Her interfering parents want her to marry Tyrell Wellman,
but Autumn is both attracted to and terrified of the wealthy
playboy. L.J. thinks Autumn is another snotty society woman when he
fixes her flat tire on the side of the road. But when he realizes
that he didn’t shower or change after working on his uncle’s pig
farm before the rescue, he understands her initial hesitation. They
find themselves standing up for their matchmaking best friends in
their wedding and must overcome family and relationship drama to be
together.

Hot off the press!

February 27th, 2007

Today was a big day in my writing career! The Puralator man showed up this morning with a box of my books! I would have kissed him or at the very least given the guy a hug, but I was nursing Aysiah and Jean-Claude answered the door. Besides, I don’t think my husband would have liked me hanging all over some stranger-even if he was carrying my books. The books are shiny, glossy and they even smell nice.

This is the blurb on the back cover, doesn’t it sound sexy???

Some promises were just made to be broken…

Don’t go there. The stylish, toffee-skinned beauty with the flat tire looks like the kind of uppity city girl L.J. Saunders has sworn to stay away from-even if she does have sass, smarts and legs to rival any Las Vegas showgirl. But L.J. was brought up right, and no gentleman would leave a lady stranded…

Look but don’t touch. Autumn Nicholson has made some promises, too. No flings until she’s sure it’s the real thing-especially not with a luscious, hard-muscled hunk who’ll be leaving D.C. in a matter of weeks.

But when fate, well-meaning friends and a sizling, sensual attraction intervene, L.J. and Autumn may be in for a change of plans!

Welcome!
